Just reading found some people dont know what fratals are (and talk about them)

Fractality: smaller pieces fractionated from the whole thing; is the proterty of things that can be broken into smaller pieces and it's opposed to quantum cos that means not smaller pieces and that something can be counted in entire units. 

Fractals are self similar figures that can be fractionated infinitely and despite showing similar stuff its never the same image, simple math can contain infinite drawing (infinite means infinitelly bigger that earth) so the point of view that represents it is more important cos if not it will be only small math formula.

The image its composed usually of similar images of the whole thing conected to it.
